Estelle Getty, known best for her role as Sophia on the Golden Girls, has died at 84.
Don’t lie – you loved the show and she was your favorite character. Admit it. Her one liners were what made the show worth watching. She was hilarious and lovable. Total legend.

- Estelle Getty (Sophia) is 15½ months younger than Bea Arthur (Dorothy), even though Sophia is Dorothy’s mother.
